Characteristics and Application

BP-4 is a broad-spectrum UV absorbent, the appearance is white crystalline powder, with good characteristics of high absorption efficiency, non-toxic, no teratogenic side effects, good light and thermal stability. It can absorb UVA and UVB, and is the FDA approved class I sunscreen, it is frequently used in European and American countries, and is widely used in sunscreen cream, emulsion, oil and other sunscreen cosmetics. It is mainly used in water-soluble cosmetics as anti-suntan sunscreen, and can also be used in other water-soluble inks and coatings as ultraviolet absorbent. As an anti-ultraviolet finishing agent, it also has good anti-aging and softness effects on cotton fabrics and polyester fibers.
